  • Once you have spoken with one of our Trademark Attorneys and decided to pursue registration of your Trademark, we will prepare and file your application with the Trademark Office.

    

     *Federal Application Filing Service does not include the $325.00 filing fee (per class of goods and/or services) charged by the USPTO
